2024 Limitations:

Geneva County – 7031

The “holiday” ONLY applies to Geneva County’s regular sales and use tax of 1 percent.
Geneva County DOES NOT GRANT a holiday for the 1 percent sales and use tax levied for education.

Jefferson County – 7037

The “holiday” ONLY applies to Jefferson County’s regular sales and use tax of 1 percent.
Jefferson County DOES NOT GRANT a holiday for the “Special Revenue” (7337) sales and use tax of 1 percent.

Oxford – 9315

The “holiday” ONLY applies to Oxford’s regular sales and use tax of 4 percent.
Oxford DOES NOT GRANT a holiday for the 1 percent sales and use tax levied for education.

St. Clair County – 7059

The “holiday” ONLY applies to St. Clair County’s regular sales and use tax of 1 percent.
St. Clair County DOES NOT GRANT a holiday for the 1 percent sales and use tax levied for education.

Spanish Fort – 9102, 9202, and 9203

The “holiday” ONLY applies to Spanish Fort’s (9102) regular sales and use tax of 1.5 percent.
Spanish Fort DOES NOT GRANT a holiday for the remaining 1 percent sales and use tax in the Spanish Fort East Shore District (9202) and 2.45 percent in the Spanish Fort Town Center District (9203).

Thomasville – 9405

The “holiday” ONLY applies to Thomasville’s regular sales and use tax of 4 percent.
Thomasville DOES NOT GRANT a holiday for the 1 percent collected for education and the Hospital/Industrial Board.
