Alabama Direct E-filing Option
You can file your Alabama resident and non-resident returns online through My Alabama Taxes at no charge. This free electronic filing option is available to all taxpayers filing an Alabama Individual Income Tax return. No income limitations or other qualifications must be met to take advantage of ALDOR’s free online filing system. Please visit My Alabama Taxes to sign up and get started filling out your return.
Last year, more than 1.8 million Alabamians electronically filed their tax returns. E-file is a safe, secure method of filing your tax return and guarantees a quicker turnaround time on refund processing than traditional paper returns.
Free Filing of Federal Return and State Return
These companies will file your federal and state returns for free if certain qualifications are met.
