  • $50.00 annually for pre-numbered or personalized plate
  • $5.00 when metal plate is issued

The net proceeds of the $50 are distributed to the Alabama State Council on the Arts to be disbursed to the Alabama State Council on the Arts, the Alabama Alliance for Arts Education, and the Alabama State Department of Education for arts education, local arts education programming, and programs to support the arts throughout the state.The net proceeds of the $5 shall be distributed to the Department of Revenue.
