Persons incorporating or registering in this state for the purpose of conducting business.

$200 for domestic entity: payable to Alabama Secretary of State.

$150 for foreign entity: payable to Alabama Secretary of State.

Domestic Entities:
$100 – Secretary of State Entity Fund 30%; General Fund 70%.
$100 – County Treasurer in which the registered agent files Articles of Organization.

Foreign Entities:
$150 – Secretary of State Entity Fund 30%; General Fund 70%.
